Head of IT (mfx) in Munich

• IT Strategy & Leadership: Define and execute the companys IT roadmap
• Cloud Administration & Maintenance: Administer optimize and maintain our cloud environments (e.g. Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace / AWS) ensuring high availability and executing routine system updates
• 1st & 2nd Level Support: Act as the primary point of contact for internal tech issueshandling everything from daily helpdesk tickets and smooth employee onboarding to advanced hardware and software troubleshooting
• Security Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our Security team to maintain robust infrastructure enforce access controls and uphold company-wide security standards

Qualifications :

• Professional Experience: Extensive experience in IT operations with a proven track record in shaping IT strategy or taking on leadership responsibility
• Leadership Skills: Proven track record in directly leading and developing teams of at least 5 people.
• Technical Expertise: Deep hands-on experience in cloud administration as well as providing 1st and 2nd level IT support across Mac/Windows environments
• Security Mindset: Strong foundational knowledge of network security identity management (IAM) and cybersecurity best practices
• Soft Skills & Mindset: A proactive player-coach mentality excellent communication skills and a strong passion for helping people and driving tech excellence
