Head of Global Supply Chain Planning & Execution (mfd)

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Become part of our Operations team and grow with new challenges in a global pharmaceutical supply chain environment. As Head of Global Supply Chain Planning & Execution (m/f/d) you will be responsible for integrated end-to-end planning across a fully outsourced manufacturing network ensuring reliable product supply to patients by balancing demand supply inventory and cost across global external partners. This will include the following activities:

• Leading all relevant planning processes including S&OP and IBP to drive cross-functional alignment and business performance
• Aligning demand forecasts supply plans and business objectives
• Managing end-to-end supply planning across global Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs)
• Ensuring reliable product supply through proactive risk and inventory management
• Driving short-term supply chain execution and issue resolution
• Building strong partnerships with CMOs and external supply chain partners
• Leading and developing a global planning organization
• Advancing planning systems analytics and digital transformation initiatives

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Supply Chain Management Business Economics or a related field
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification preferred
• Several years of leadership experience in supply chain planning
• Experience in pharmaceutical biotech life sciences or chemical & nutrition environments
• Strong expertise in S&OP IBP and end-to-end supply chain processes
• Experience with SAP planning solutions and reporting tools
• Strong stakeholder management communication and decision-making skills
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
