Head of Finance (mfd)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Finance to build and develop our Finance organization and support STABL Energy through its next phase of growth.
Working closely with the CFO and leadership team you will strengthen financial planning forecasting business controlling cash management reporting and Finance processes. You will combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and use financial insights to support better business decisions across the organization.
This is a business-focused Finance leadership role with significant ownership and the opportunity to shape the future Finance function at STABL.

• Lead FP&A including budgeting forecasting long-term planning and financial modelling
• Build transparency around business performance through meaningful KPIs reporting and profitability analysis
• Act as a Finance Business Partner to Sales Operations Supply Chain Engineering and the leadership team
• Own cash flow forecasting liquidity planning and working capital management
• Support the CFO with management and board reporting fundraising financing activities and strategic finance topics
• Drive the development digitalization and automation of Finance processes systems and reporting
• Lead and develop the Finance team and help shape a scalable Finance organization for STABLs next stage of growth

• 7 years of relevant experience in FP&A Corporate Finance Business Controlling or Finance Management
• Strong expertise in financial planning forecasting financial modelling and performance management
• Experience with cash flow management and working capital
• Strong analytical and business partnering skills with the ability to turn financial data into actionable insights
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Strong Excel skills and experience with BI and ERP systems
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent German and English communication skills and the ability to build structures in a fast-growing environmentExperience in manufacturing industrial energy renewable energy or technology environments is a plus.
  A degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration Economics or a related field is preferred.
