About the team:
The teamis responsible forFinance accounting tax treasury and compliance ownership across CH GmbH and HMO. The teamhas 8 team memberslocatedat two locationswithin Germany and work cross borders with global colleagues.
In this role youll make an impact by:
Lead all financeactivities for the Germany business ensuringaccuratefinancial reportingcompliant with IFRS and local GAAP. Ensure compliance with tax legal statutory and audit requirements whilemaintainingadherence to corporate policies and local regulations
Oversee financial risk management internal controls and cash flow to support a strong financial governance framework
Partner with business leaders to provide operational finance support drive business performance and enable informed decision-making
Build strong relationshipsand networkswith internal and external stakeholders acting as a trusted finance business partner across functions
Drive continuous improvement of finance processes systems and controls while fostering collaboration within a larger matrix organization
To succeed you must hold:
Proven leadership and people management skills with experience leading finance teams and supporting large multi-site organizations
A positive proactive and curious mindset with the ability to navigate a large organization build networks and drive change
BachelorsorMasters degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field; CPA ACCA or equivalent qualification is an advantage
Fluent in both German and English written and spoken
Experience with SAP and working in a Shared ServiceCenterenvironment is considered an advantage
Working model:Office-first with the flexibility to work remotelytwodaysper week.
