So we built the tools to fix both sides at once. Next year 10000 creators will make a living from WePush. When a creator earns a brand grows. When a brand grows more creators earn. WePush is the fastest-growing creator marketing platform in Europe with over 150000 creators and 500000 collaborations powering brands like LOréal ABOUT YOU Zalando and Sony Music. Two numbers matter to us: how many people make a living through WePush and how many millions of people brands reach through them.

The role: Getting from 150000 creators on the platform to 10000 creators living from it is a growth problem and its yours. You own the creator side of our marketplace end to end: how creators find us how fast they book their first campaign and why they keep coming back. Were looking for a Growth Lead who thinks in equations not channels: someone who can break creator growth into its parts find the one term thats holding the rest back and move it. You report directly to the founders. DACH is the starting point and international expansion begins in Q1.

What youll do:

• Take our creator funnel apart from first touch to signup first booking and repeat bookings and tell us where the leverage is and where were leaking

• Bulk of your time: Run growth experiments kill the losers fast and scale the winners

• Own the creator numbers: acquisition and CAC retention rate booking speed booked revenue and all other relevant creator growth metrics.

• Build and run lifecycle and email marketing that gets creators activated booked and back for the next campaign

• Oversee performance marketing for creator acquisition with your own budget logic and a clear view of what a creator is worth

• Work closely with product: onboarding activation and everything that decides whether a creator books in minutes or drops off

• Turn what works into playbooks that hold up outside DACH so launching the next market is a rollout not a restart

• Build creator events as a growth channel similar to what we do for advertisers withThe30()

• Every initiative starts with a hypothesis an expected outcome and a number that decides whether it live. You measure outcomes not activity.

Youre a strong fit if..

• Youve founded a company or led growth at a startup or scale-up and you can show what you moved: the metric the starting point and where you left it

• Youre a numbers person first. You build your own analysis youre at home in SQL or a serious spreadsheet and you dont wait for a dashboard to exist before forming an opinion

• You find bottlenecks for a living: given a funnel you can say which step is worth fixing and which ones are a distraction

• Youre a real allrounder across analytics email and lifecycle marketing and performance marketing and youve done each of them hands-on not just briefed an agency

• You understand product well enough to know when the fix is a campaign and when its a change to the onboarding flow

• High agency and full ownership: you treat the creator funnel like your own P&L and youd rather ship a test today than present a strategy next month

• Fluent English ideally German too since DACH is where we start. Ideally you also know the creator economy from the inside

Not expected:

• A specific number of years on your CV. We care about what you built and what you moved not how long it took you to get here

• A background in creator or influencer marketing. Strong growth people learn the market fast we learned the reverse is rarer.
