Our client is an internationally active IT Services business and entering its next phase of growth and international expansion.

The Group CEO will lead the overall strategy and commercial development drive operational excellence scale the organisation and oversee the integration of acquisitions.

• Senior executive experience in an international IT Services / technology services business

• Deep understanding of the IT Services industry and its commercial dynamics

• Ideally experience in a Private Equity-backed or buy-and-build environment

• Strong commercial and sales orientation with excellent stakeholder management skills

• Proven track record in scaling organisations professionalising processes and driving performance

• Hands-on entrepreneurial leadership style with international experience

• Excellent English; German is advantageous
