Grant Writer & Project Coordinator EU Projects (m/f/d)
Location: Berlin Germany (Hybrid)
Part-time Hours:20 hrs/week flexible scheduling
Start: by agreement
Salary: gross/month at 20 hrs (pro-rated from our full-time range of at 36 hrs)
Important: This role is only open to candidates who are eligible for the Eingliederungszuschuss (EGZ) hiring support programme. This is a firm requirement not a preference we participate in a hiring support programme that depends on this.
ForEveryone is a Berlin-based social enterprise strengthening social participation democracy and wellbeing in urban spaces. We run Community Café No. 52 at Boxhagener Platz host creative workshops for international Berlin residents and deliver European projects with partner organisations across several countries.
This role is mainly about writing funding applications. Grant writing is the core of the job not something youll grow into on the side we need someone who already has real professional-level experience researching funding programmes and writing competitive proposals.
- Research funding programmes and write funding proposals for our European projects this is your main focus and where most of your time goes
- During quieter periods between application deadlines help run our existing EU projects: stay in contact with partner organisations keep track of timelines tasks and budgets and prepare reports for funders
- Plan your own schedule so that active writing/application phases dont clash with project-management tasks that need your attention at the same time
- You must be eligible for funding under the Eingliederungszuschuss (EGZ) programme. Please only apply if this applies to you we wont be able to consider applications that dont meet this criterion.
- Real demonstrable experience writing funding proposals (EU or comparable public funding) this is a must-have for this role not a nice-to-have
- Hands-on experience working with Claude Code Claude Cowork and Claude Agents youll use these to run project-management work (reporting timeline tracking partner communication) quickly and efficiently so PM tasks dont eat into your writing time
- A structured reliable way of working and the ability to plan your own time across writing and project-management phases
- Clear communication even when things get busy
- Confident English (C1); German is a bonus not a requirement
