We are a team of 100 professionals with one ambition: to redefine how companies finance their working capital.
The 18-month rotational graduate program across Client Enablement Sales & Client Success and Capital Markets offers you hands-on insights into the CRX platform core business processes and collaboration with clients banks and investors in the supply chain finance environment designed to help you grow into a future rising star in client excellence.

Your Role
- Gain insights into client onboarding platform and financing processes as well as AML/KYC checks reporting and data preparation
- Support operational topics process improvements and customer experience
- Build an understanding of technical integrations platform architecture and end-to-end client processes
- Gain insights into client relationship management sales processes client meetings pitch presentations as well as market and client analyses
- Develop an understanding of client requirements and commercial dynamics throughout the client lifecycle
- Support the management of banks and investors
- Assist in structuring financing programs
- Gain an understanding of refinancing structures and capital markets processes within the CRX business model
What Were Looking For
- Completed degree in Business Finance Banking Business Informatics or a comparable field
- Interest in financial markets digital platforms and B2B client processes
- First initial practical experience through internships or working student positions
- Structured and analytical way of working
- Motivation to contribute your own ideas and take on responsibility
- Quick comprehension skills and interest in technical and process-related topics
- Strong communication skills team spirit ownership and willingness to learn
- Fluent German and English skills
