Global Manager Recruiting Process & Systems (mfd)
Job Summary
We are looking for aGlobal Manager Recruiting Process & Systems (m/f/d) to lead and evolve our recruiting process and technology worldwide. This is a strategic role within our People division working at the intersection of HR IT and innovation. You will drive the global design performance and future development of our recruiting platform.
Your Responsibilities:
- Acting as Global System Owner for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Managing optimizing and continuously developing the SuccessFactors Recruiting module
- Partnering closely with IT teams and HR stakeholders across global subsidiaries
- Planning and leading system upgrades releases testing cycles and rollouts
- Designing and implementing a global recruiting process incl. reporting and KPIs
- Identifying and introducing innovative technologies digital solutions and AI-driven approaches to further optimize recruiting
Your Profile:
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science business informatics business administration or a comparable field
- Proven track record in recruiting process and system optimization on a global scale
- Experience in working with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for further digital tools and application of AI in Recruiting
- Experience in international project management
- Strong analytical conceptual and structured thinking
- Solid understanding of GDPR compliance and audit requirements in an international context
- Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills the ability to collaborate across cultures and a high level of independence
