Job Description:

DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Germany Comm Cap Leadlocatedin Hamburg Germany.

Manages other managers supervisorsand/or individual contributors in a matrixenvironment andis accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback.Communicates the direction of sales strategiesthroughout the sales lifecycle from creating maintaining and growingPricing & Contracting/Tendering strategyandcoordinating the implementation ofend-to-endPricing and Contracting/Tenderoperational excellencedesigned to meet sales objectives.

Contributes tobusiness growth opportunities by improvingPricing & Contracting/Tenderingprocesses andstrategic opportunities implementingcontinuous improvement & automationprograms generating performance metrics and disseminating information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and its products and services. Maintains an extensive knowledge ofDPS portfolioprocess troubleshooting andbenchmark industrybest practicesin order toassess customer needs and recommend appropriatestrategies and solutions.

Job Description

  • Manages other managers supervisorsand/or individual contributors in a matrix environment and is accountable for meaningful career development conversations and regular coaching and feedback.

  • Key partner tocountryLeadership Team providing strategicdecision makingsupport coaching Commercial Capability organization in bringing expertise to local GM and commercial leaders.

  • Responsible for establishingcountry/clusterpricing strategy including Floor Price frameworks and compliance governance implemented via local operational execution excellence

  • DeliversPrice & Contracting/Tenderingvision and strategy for thecommercial organizationby retaining and applying an in-depth understanding of customer needs and leveraging those insights to create an unparalleled sales experience.

  • Participates in the design of strategic sales plans derived from corporate goals and customer touchpoints that leverage consumer data and customer insight to optimizePricing & Contracting/Tenderingenablement and ensure the achievement of sales objectives.

  • Designs key performance indicators to measure the performance ofPricing & Contracting/Tenderingdepartments and benchmark theorganizations capabilitieswith competitors and industry leading standards.

  • Developsrelationships with leaders and stakeholders to understand consumer priorities identify capability gaps conduct on-going needs assessments and translate needs into targeted solutions.

  • Responsible for managing operational aspects of their teams (e.g. budget performance and compliance) as well as implementing workforce and succession plans to meet business needs.

  • Proactively creates a purpose driven environment by aligning Credo and Leadership Imperatives with the strategies and goals of the team and enterprise.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Orthopaedics business to establish a standalone orthopaedics company operating as DePuy Synthes. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies as may be regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

90400.00 - 156975.00
