Position: Consulting Expert German (Germany) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $65/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment: 21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop workspaces and files to simulate real consulting environments.
• Write prompts and create grading rubrics based on real consulting work in Germany.
• Evaluate and train AI agents on realistic professional tasks.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to improve task accuracy and relevance.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5 years in management or strategy consulting.
• Native or fluent in German.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany.
• Experience with strategy operations and restructuring work for clients in Germany/DACH including Mittelstand and industrial clients.
