We are currently expanding our team in Osnabrück and seeking an ambitious Tax Advisor (m/f/d) to provide high-level holistic advisory services to SMEs family-owned businesses and corporate clients. This role offers high operational independence strong digital workflows and clear long-term career progressionwith a perspective toward firm partnership.

• Comprehensive Tax Advisory: Independently manage and advise clients across diverse industries corporate structures and sizes on holistic tax strategies and business matters.
• Complex Tax Evaluations: Analyze process and evaluate complex tax issues in connection with annual financial statements and special tax scenarios.
• Strategic & Business Consulting: Provide ongoing business and tax consulting including drafting well-founded expert opinions and tailor-made structuring concepts.
• Trusted Client Relations: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients serving as a key sparring partner for tax and entrepreneurial decision-making.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with in-house lawyers auditors and other specialist departments within our extensive professional network.
• Strategic Projects: Contribute to high-level consulting assignments tax restructuring projects and specialized advisory mandates.
• Team Leadership (Optional): Take on disciplinary and functional management of a dedicated team (35 employees) supporting their ongoing professional growth and technical development.

Must-Haves

• Tax Advisor Qualification: Successfully passed the German Tax Advisor Exam (Steuerberater-Examen).
• Professional Experience: At least 1 year of practical experience in tax consulting and advisory practice.
• Language Proficiency: German language proficiency at a C1 level or higher with confident client communication skills.
• Working Style: Independent self-driven and solution-oriented approach with high quality standards and strong initiative.
• Software Affinity: Experience with standard tax and accounting software as well as MS Office.
