Your Opportunity

Were building the SDR function at Leapsome from the ground up and youd be the third person on the team. Thats a different job than joining an established sales org. Theres no thick playbook waiting for you to follow. Youll help write it: what messaging works which accounts to prioritize what a good week actually looks like. If you want ownership over your process instead of a script to read from this is built for you.

Our philosophy: were AI forward. Automations handle the repetitive parts of prospecting so youre not spending your day on manual busywork. Your job is to test whats actually working and add the human spark; the right tone the right timing the read on what a real person needs to hear.

Day to day youll research and reach out to HR and People leaders who could genuinely benefit from Leapsome qualify them and hand off strong opportunities to our AEs. We measure success in pipeline generated and meetings booked and were transparent about the career opportunities to grow your sales profession.

We want teammates who are curious about the people theyre calling competitive about hitting their number and motivated to build something together rather than just follow the steps someone else laid out.

Your Responsibilities

• Research prospects and reach out with messaging built for their specific situation not a generic template

• Prospect into new accounts using a proven repeatable methodology like calling LI email or anything that gets the job done

• Qualify outbound leads against a defined set of criteria

• Partner with Marketing & RevOps on outbound campaigns to grow pipeline volume

• Keep CRM accurate and current so the whole team can trust the data

• Build real expertise in HR tech and know where Leapsome wins against the competition

Your Profile

• Your are fluent in German and English

• Youre curious by default. You ask more questions than you answer and you dig until you understand the why not just the what

• You have a track record of setting a goal and hitting it whether thats in sales sports academics or a side project

• You treat a no as information not a setback and you keep going

• Youre structured and detail-oriented with a passion for optimizing processes and making data-informed decisions

• You have an interest in technology AI and are comfortable discussing tools and platforms with customers

• Sales experience is a plus not a requirement

This role is based in Berlin and the salary range for this position is 40000 - 50000 Bonus Equity. View our full compensation framework here.
