• Professional Experience: 4 years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience with a clear emphasis on Java backend technologies.
• Backend Mastery: Strong proficiency with modern Java frameworks (Jakarta EE Quarkus or equivalent Enterprise Java environments such as Spring Boot).
• Frontend Competence: Solid practical skills in building user interfaces with TypeScript and Angular.
• Software Engineering Standards: In-depth knowledge of Clean Code principles software design patterns application security and version control using Git/GitHub.
• Location & Language: C2-level command of German (written and oral) alongside current legal residency in Germany.
• Travel Flexibility: Willingness to visit the headquarters in Kiel 1 to 4 times per year for team events (all travel costs completely covered).

• Prior domain experience in Healthcare IT MedTech SaaS or clinic management software.
