About the Role
As a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Representative you will provide high-quality customer support in German helping customers resolve their inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Youll work in a collaborative international environment where communication problem-solving and customer satisfaction are key priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone email and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet quality and performance targets.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
What Were Looking For
- Native or near-native German (at least C1f).
- Fluent English.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
