German-Speaking Customer Service Agent – Bucharest, Romania

Join an international customer service team in Bucharest. You will support German-speaking customers by phone email and live chat solve their issues and find opportunities to recommend extra products and services.

• Handle customer inquiries by phone email and live chat in German
• Resolve issues with patience empathy and a focus on solutions
• Identify and act on cross-selling and upselling opportunities
• Record all customer interactions accurately in the CRM
• Work with internal teams and escalate complex cases when needed
• Maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction

• German at C1C2 level spoken and written
• English at B2 level minimum for internal communication
• At least 6 months of phone-based sales or customer service experience (BPO voice experience preferred)
• A sales mindset and comfort with cross-selling and upselling
• Strong communication and active-listening skills
• Good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office
• Proactive patient empathetic and solution-oriented
• Based in Bucharest and able to commute to the Sector 4 office 3 days a week
• Available for full-time work
