German speaking Customer Advisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls chats and emails in a timely and professional manner
• Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience with a strong focus on satisfaction
• Build and maintain trusted relationships through open clear and interactive communication
• Provide accurate complete and up-to-date information using the appropriate tools and processes
• Achieve individual and team customer service targets including call-handling KPIs
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions manage customer accounts and file documentation
• Adhere strictly to communication procedures guidelines and data protection policies when handling personal information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/fluent in German both verbal and written (C1 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong computer literacy and confidence using multiple systems
• Proven contact-handling skills with excellent active listening abilities
• Clear and professional written communication skills for email handling
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of sensitive data handling
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask prioritize effectively and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
