• Generate new business opportunities through outbound activities
• Identify and qualify potential B2B clients
• Manage outreach via calls emails and LinkedIn
• Work closely with sales teams to develop opportunities
• Meet monthly and quarterly KPI targets

• German (C1C2) English (B2)
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience
• Experience in SaaS IT ad sales or tech sales is a plus
• Comfortable with KPI and target-driven environments
• Strong communication and outbound mindset
