German Sales & Onboarding Specialist

We are currently hiring Sales & Onboarding Specialists to join an international team in Barcelona Spain.

This role combines sales client onboarding and customer success supporting businesses as they adopt digital advertising solutions and helping them maximize the value of their advertising investment.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy building relationships guiding clients through the onboarding process and contributing to business growth in a collaborative international environment.

What You Will Do
Engage with business customers to understand their business and advertising needs

Recommend suitable digital advertising solutions based on customer objectives

Guide new clients through the onboarding process and platform setup

Provide product guidance and best practices to support successful campaign launches

Build strong client relationships and ensure a positive onboarding experience
Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities using internal CRM systems

Requirements

German communication skills required (C1 level or above)

Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)

Sales onboarding account management or customer-facing experience is an advantage

Strong communication presentation and relationship-building skills
Customer-focused with a consultative approach to sales

Ability to work on-site in Barcelona Spain
