Position: Finance Expert German (Germany) - AI Training
Type: Contract
Compensation: $75/hour
Location: Remote
Duration: Oct 23 to Nov 19
Commitment: 21 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Develop workspaces and files to simulate realistic finance tasks in Germany.
• Write prompts and create grading rubrics for AI agents based on actual finance work.
• Evaluate AI agent performance in German financial practice to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with AI teams to enhance training data quality and model outputs.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines and improve AI training processes.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 5 years in corporate finance banking investment or audit.
• Native or fluent in German.
• Degree from a top-20 university in Germany.
• Strong knowledge of HGB / IFRS BaFin regulation and German tax rules.
