• Player Assistance: Provide friendly efficient support to players via chat and email in both German and English.
• Problem Solving: Resolve technical issues account queries in-game purchases and gameplay troubleshooting.
• Community Engagement: Foster a safe fun and high-quality environment for players around the globe.
• Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with team members to optimize support workflows during comprehensive on-site training.

• Language Skills: Native or fluent (C1/C2) level proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
• Work Preference: Ability and willingness to work fully on-site in Sofia Bulgaria.
• Flexibility: Comfortable with shift work (24/7 rotational schedule MondaySunday).
• Passions & Soft Skills: Strong communication skills problem-solving mindset and a genuine passion for gaming and player experience.

• Gross Salary: 1585.00 per month
• Welcome Bonus: 1500 bonus for start dates in July or August
• Relocation Package (for candidates moving to Bulgaria):
  • Relocation Bonus: 1500 Gross paid in 2 installments to help cover moving and initial rent expenses.
  • Accommodation: 21 days of company-provided housing upon arrival.
