HELP US TO SHINE!

• You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the night shift in the absence of the Night Manager and will serve as the primary point of contact for guests and staff during your shift
• You will ensure that operations at the front desk run smoothly during the night hours
• You will assist the Night Audit Team with all administrative and operational tasks
• You will handle check-in and check-out for our domestic and international guests in a professional and friendly manner
• You verify payment guarantees ensure accurate billing and review credit card statements.
• You perform the daily closing and nightly run in the PMS system.
• You coordinate and support the front office agents on the night shift and train new employees.
• You serve as the point of contact for guest complaints and find service-oriented solutions.
• You prepare reports statistics and relevant key performance indicators for management
• You conduct regular security rounds and ensure compliance with our security standards
• You work closely with all hotel departments to provide our guests with an exceptional experience
• You actively use praise and feedback from our guests to continuously improve service quality

SHOW US YOUR TALENTS!

• Completed training in the hospitality industry or a degree in hotel or tourism management
• Several years of experience in the front office ideally in a coordinating or supervisory role
• Initial experience in guiding and supporting employees
• Excellent hospitality skills and a professional confident demeanor
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• An independent structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Excellent written and spoken German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Knowledge of Opera is a plus
• Willingness to work night shifts on a long-term basis
• A hands-on attitude team spirit and an eye for detail
