The franchisee solely controls all aspects of the hotels employment policies and practices including hiring firing discipline staffing compensation benefits and all other terms and conditions of employment. Your responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the front desk overseeing all daily
responsibilities.
- Manage evaluate and finalize team rosters and schedules.
- Handle table reservations for our dining venues.
- Anticipate and address guest requests and resolve complaints with grace
and efficiency.
- Coordinate bespoke concierge services.
- Manage the daily cash desk responsibly ensuring meticulous cash control
and audits.
- Issue invoices and handle billing inquiries.
- Maintain and update guest and client profiles with high attention to detail.
- Facilitate seamless communication and coordination with other departments.
- Uphold and continuously elevate our premium quality standards.
- Onboard and mentor new team members and trainees.
- Participate in department head meetings.
Your profile:
- Hospitality background: Ideally a completed vocational training in
hotel management and front office experience.
- Host mentality: A warm personality with a deep passion for guest service.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skills: Excellent organizational abilities and a creative approach to
problem-solving.
- Appearance: A highly professional presence and outstanding etiquette.
- Systems: First experience with OPERA is an advantage along with basic
knowledge of online booking channels and standard software
