Job Summary
How does your working day look like
- At the reception youll make sure that all our guests are totally satisfied with their stay
- Youll always keep calm even when all the guests turn up to check in or check out at the same time
- You prepare for the shift and end it with a tidy front office
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV
- Youve completed an apprenticeship in the hotel business preferably gained some professional experience and can speak English fluently
- You can inspire your fellow staff just as you can inspire your guests
- On top of this you know your way around Düsseldorf and always have tips for good shopping locations and a nice ice-cream parlor
- Youre not just bringing your abilities but also your character
