Were looking for an experienced Freelance Grant Writer & Fundraising Consultant to help us identify funding opportunities develop compelling proposals and secure grants to expand our impact.

• Funding research: Identify relevant grant opportunities from foundations corporate CSR programs public funding institutions and international donors.
• Grant writing: Develop high-quality funding proposals concept notes expressions of interest and grant applications.
• Fundraising strategy: Build and maintain a pipeline of funding opportunities aligned with our mission and projects.
• Proposal development: Translate project ideas into compelling narratives budgets logical frameworks and measurable impact indicators.
• Donor engagement: Support outreach partnership development and communication with prospective funders.
• Application management: Coordinate submission requirements deadlines supporting documentation and follow-ups.

• Proven experience in grant writing institutional fundraising or proposal development ideally with a track record of successful applications.
• Familiarity with European and international funding ecosystems including foundations corporate philanthropy EU funding and development cooperation.
• Excellent written English; German is a strong advantage.
• Experience in education employment digital inclusion migration or international development is particularly relevant.
• Ability to work independently manage deadlines and turn early-stage ideas into fundable projects.
