• Personally design build and maintain the most critical parts of our product transforming complex technical challenges into elegant and clean architecture.
• Rigorously evaluate benchmark and fine-tune our AI capabilities ensuring our core AI functions deliver maximum domain accuracy and receive spot on context.
• Own one of our core products end-to-end driving the feature roadmap leading direct customer communication and keep expectation management realistic.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to our junior developers.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience in full-stack development with proficiency in languages such as Python JavaScript React. Plus if youve experimented with Go.
• Demonstrated passion for technology through a substantial personal or side project built outside of work or school.
• Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical clients. Plus if youre proficient in German.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-intensity environment with tight deadlines dynamic priorities and a high degree of ownership.
