You want to help build a company learn directly from experienced founders and take on responsibility early At ZeKju youll work closely with the founders and teams across the business to solve problems and turn ideas into results. Build your skills through real projects direct feedback and increasing responsibility.

• Support private and public fundraising: Help prepare financial analyses funding materials and leadership meetings. Turn complex information into concise useful updates.

• Make ZeKju work smarter: Identify repetitive tasks and operational bottlenecks. Use AI and automation to build practical improvements that save time and improve quality.

• Experience: Around 13 years in a startup strategy consulting founders office product management finance or another analytical or operating role. We also welcome exceptional graduates with substantial internship entrepreneurial or project experience.

• High agency: You take initiative ask good questions and move work forward.

• Fast learner: You are comfortable with ambiguous situations and can quickly build a working understanding of topics such as logistics AI sales data or operations.

• Analytical and practical: You are comfortable working with numbers and structuring a problembut you also know that a customer conversation can be more useful than another spreadsheet.

• Strong communicator: You express ideas clearly write concise recommendations and collaborate confidently in both German and English.
