• Assist the founder in day-to-day operations and strategic planning to drive growth in the healthtech sector.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities and trends within the GTM landscape.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate engagement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including clients partners and investors.
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and attract top Gen Z talent.

• C2 German is required
• Passion for healthtech and innovation with a strong desire to make an impact.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems and think creatively.
• Proactive and self-motivated with an eagerness to take initiative and thrive in a startup environment.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.
