Our mission is to make robots smarter and more flexible enabling batch-size-1 automation for surface treatment economically. We are now looking for a Founder Associate (m/f/d) with relentless ambition massive grit and an entrepreneurial mindset to work directly alongside the founders. This is a high-ownership high-agency generalist role designed as a definitive launchpad for future founders. You will get a front-row seat to building a venture-backed hard-tech company from the ground up.

• Go-To-Market & Growth: Design execute and scale outbound experiments validate customer discovery loops and help sharpen our commercial positioning.
• Fundraising & Strategy: Partner directly with the founders on fundraising preparation investor pipelines market research and financial modeling.
• Operations & Scale: Help transition early commercial momentum into repeatable internal operations managing special logistics procurement and setup projects.
• Talent Acquisition: Work closely with the team to identify source and interview early core team members as we scale our engineering and commercial pipelines.
• Zero-to-One Execution: Step into any critical business gapwhether structural operational or commercialand build solutions from scratch
