We are looking for a person to join our scouting & photography department.

Tomorrow Is Another Day is known for scouting new exclusive talents on the street. Working with international high fashion clients made Tomorrow Is Another Day one of the leading model agencies for editorial advertising and runway.

Tasks

Support the scouting team in discovering and developing new faces and young talent
Organize and manage models studio shootings
Photograph our models in our own studio
Assist the booking team with castings layouts digitals and other creative needs
Create and edit basic graphic layouts using Adobe Suite
Help maintain efficient communication between scouting booking and creative departments
Support daily office operations and contribute to ongoing creative projects

Requirements

Strong interest in new faces youth culture and fashion
basic experience with studio shooting and photography equipment (Canon Profoto CaptureOne Adobe Creative Suite)
Capable of independently managing a photo studio environment
Organized proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude hands-on mentality and strong communication skills
Previous experience in fashion and scouting is a plus but not necessary
