• As a member of our Flutter product development team you will design develop and enhance features for our smartphone app which is used by over a million users worldwide and available on both the App Store and Google Play Store.
• Youll take full ownership of feature development and ongoing maintenance ensuring long-term code quality performance and stability across the app.
• Youll work with cutting-edge technologies and agile methodologies playing an active role in shaping our product vision and technology strategy.
• Youll collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to create user-friendly interfaces and ensure a seamless user experience.

• Strong expertise in developing cross-platform apps using Flutter for both Android and iOS.
• Proven experience working on medium to large-scale projects handling production-level app complexity scale and performance.
• Experience with AI-driven development workflows and tools like Cursor Claude Code or Codex to streamline coding refactoring and testing is a plus.
• Passionate about creating high-quality complex applications within agile development teams.
• Solid understanding of web technologies such as REST JSON and HTTP.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming and familiar with design patterns and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively. Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset thriving in a team environment.
• We communicate in English; German language skills are not required.
