Job Summary
- Build and manage financing partnerships with banks leasing companies and insurers
- Structure and execute financing solutions for customers dealers and projects
- Turn market data into actionable insights and business decisions
- Work directly with sales finance legal and risk in a highly dynamic environment
- Background in finance economics or business
- First experience in banking leasing factoring or similar or a strong graduate ready to step up
- Fluent in English and Chinese; German is a plus
- Structured analytical and comfortable with ambiguity
- Direct exposure to top management
- Real ownership from day one
- Steep learning curve across markets products and structures
