Finance & Operations Manager (mfd)

Your mission

You will be the architect of our financial engine. Your goal is to ensure that as our GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) is strongly growing our margins remain healthy and our cash flow stays liquid. You will bridge the gap between TikToks backend data our payouts and our internal profitability.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Revenue & Commission Reconciliation: Manage the complex flow of funds from TikTok Shop including platform fees affiliate payouts and client disbursements.
• Performance Controlling: Analyze the ROI of creator campaigns and live-stream sessions. You tell us which creators are profitable and which arent.
• Cash Flow & Payout Management: Ensure creators and partners are paid accurately and on time while optimizing our own working capital.
• Process Automation: You will help implement and oversee tools that connect TikTok Shop data with our accounting software
• Commercial Strategy: Support the leadership team in pricing our servicesmoving from pure retainers to performance-based models (revenue share).

Your profile

Your Profile

• Experience: 2-4 years in Finance Controlling or Ops. Experience in E-commerce D2C brands or Affiliate Marketing is a massive plus.
• Data Literacy: You are a Google Sheets/Excel wizard. You dont just see numbers; you see patterns and leaks in the funnel.
• Agility: You thrive in organized chaos. A TikTok algorithm change doesnt scare you; you adapt the reporting by EOD.
• Tech Savvy: Familiarity with e-commerce backends (Shopify TikTok Shop Seller Center) and modern fintech tools (Spendesk Moss etc.).
