The Role: Your Impact & Responsibilities

• Capital Structuring: Take the lead in assembling and refining critical documentation to secure funding for our wind energy portfolio.
• Strategic Advisory: Act as a key financial advisor to the group by preparing investment and capital allocation proposals for executive decision-making.
• Banking Operations: Oversee high-level banking administration managing everything from new account integrations to complex contractual mandates.
• Business Modeling: Critically assess and validate the financial viability of emerging business models within the renewable sector.
• Cooperative Management: Support the financial governance and administrative framework of our cooperative entities.
• Financial Governance: Drive capital measures and ensure compliance with cooperative law regarding financial distributions and reporting.
• Executive Reporting: Draft sophisticated financial resolutions and briefing materials for internal boards and external stakeholders.
• Financial Oversight: Manage day-to-day liquidity project-specific funding and provide ongoing financial consultancy to our subsidiaries.

Who We Are Looking For

• Academic Background: You hold a degree in Finance Business Administration or possess specialized banking certifications (e.g. Bankfachwirt or Bankbetriebswirt).
• Expertise: You have a solid foundation in corporate finance. If youre coming from a different finance niche we value a proactive mindset and a hunger to master the renewables market.
• Technical Acumen: You are well-versed in capital market theories and genuinely enjoy deep-diving into complex numerical data.
• Analytical Sharpness: You can dissect intricate financial scenarios rapidly and communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Work Style: You are a self-starter who prioritizes precision and takes full ownership of your projects.
