ERP Application Manager Finance
Job Summary
About your tasks:
- Take ownership of the operational lifecycle of business-critical Finance ERP applications ensuring reliability maintainability and continuous improvement.
- Drive incident management root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Own L1/L2 application operations collaborating with ERP Consultants and Developers on complex L3 topics to ensure business continuity and application stability.
- Support operational readiness and solution validation for new changes and enhancements.
- Identify recurring issues and implement sustainable improvements that enhance operational excellence and long-term maintainability.
- Build and maintain operational documentation runbooks and knowledge articles to strengthen service quality and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications :
About you:
- You have 3 years of experience supporting or managing Finance business processes within an ERP or enterprise application environment.
- You enjoy analysing complex issues identifying root causes and driving sustainable improvements rather than simply fixing symptoms.
- You understand application lifecycle and IT service management principles such as Incident Problem and Change Management; experience with ITIL is an advantage.
- You enjoy collaborating with Business Stakeholders ERP Consultants and Developers take ownership of your applications and are motivated by continuous learning.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 or Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
- You are fluent in English; German is a plus.
