YOUR ROLE AT SIXT 

• You partner with business unit leaders to understand their financial needs priorities and challenges building trusted relationships as a go-to advisor on financial matters 

• You deliver financial analyses forecasting and reporting that drives informed decision-making across the organization 

• You develop financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate business opportunities and risks 

• You actively participate in budgeting planning and forecasting cycles 

• You monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess and improve business performance 

• You identify cost-saving opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop and implement actionable financial strategies 

YOUR SKILLS MATTER 

• Education You hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance Engineering or a related field 

• Experience You bring proven experience in controlling financial planning or management consulting 

• Skills You have strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills paired with solid proficiency in financial modelling forecasting and data analysis 

• Tools You are experienced with agentic AI tools such as Claude Copilot or Cursor have a growth mindset toward emerging technologies and ideally feel comfortable writing SQL queries 

• Languages You are business-fluent in both German and English enabling effective collaboration with international teams
