TheField Service Engineer Digital Technologies (d/f/m) is responsibleforConducting service repair and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site including electrical and mechanical testing in accordance with maintenance contracts. Diagnoses system failures and determines most cost-effective solution. Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory.
This positionreports to theSenior Service Team Leaderandis part of the Service Teamlocated inGermany Munich will befully remoteto cover the regions of Bavaria Northern Austria and Baden-Württemberg.
Das Aufgabengebiet umfasst folgende Tätigkeiten:
- Installation Wartung und Reparatur von digitalen Pathologiegeräten BOND-IHC-ISH-Geräten Färbeinstrumenten und Gewebeinfiltrationsgeräten sowie der entsprechenden Bearbeitungssoftware im klinischen sowie im Forschungs- und Pharmaumfeld
- Systemübergabe mit qualifizierter Einweisung bei unseren Kunden vor Ort (kein Applikationstraining)
- Durchführung von Updates und Upgrades gemäß den Vorgaben unserer Herstellerwerke
- Serviceadministration und -kommunikation sowie kompetenter Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden
- Telefonischer Kundensupport bei Bedarf
- Zusammenarbeit und Unterstützung des Vertriebs in allen technischen Belangen
- Mitarbeit bei Messen Demoveranstaltungen und Ausstellungen
Hauptaufgaben:
- Erreichung von Umsatz- und KPI-Zielen
- Beitrag zur Erreichung der Teamziele (NPS Return Call Rate Wartungsplanung und Utilisation)
- Rechtzeitige Eskalation von Problemfällen und Pflege von Kundenkontakten
- Rückmeldung an die Herstellerwerke zur Verbesserung der Produktzuverlässigkeit
- Optimierte Nutzung des Service-Reportings und Einhaltung der vereinbarten Prozesse
- Termingerechte Abgabe von Serviceberichten Reisekostenabrechnungen sowie Verwaltung von Ersatzteilen
- Weitergabe von technischem Know-how im Team
- Unterstützung der Teamleitung bei delegierten Aufgaben
- Zusammenarbeit mit dem Technical Assistance Center für einen schnellen Informationsaustausch und reibungslose Prozesse
- Pflege einer guten Beziehung zur Verkaufsabteilung im Hinblick auf Eskalationen und Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
Profil:
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung vorzugsweise in den Fachrichtungen Elektrotechnik Mechatronik oder Medizintechnik sowie erste Erfahrung im Servicebereich
- Erfahrung im Außendienst oder in einem verwandten Bereich vorzugsweise mit medizinischen Geräten
- Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung mit Standardsoftware (MS Office SAP) IT-Netzwerken Elektronik und Feinmechanik
- Kenntnisse der Netzwerkkonfiguration und -einrichtung z.B. Firewalls und TCP/IP-Netzwerke
- Erfahrung mit Windows Server Linux virtuellen Maschinen sowie SQL-Kenntnisse
- Kenntnisse über Integrationslösungen für digitale Pathologie und Softwareinstallationen sind von Vorteil
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit sich selbstständig in technische Bereiche einzuarbeiten und Erfahrungen zu sammeln
- Fähigkeit bis zu 25kg sicher zu tragen und zu bewegen
- Führerschein Klasse B
- Fähigkeit zur schnellen Analyse komplexer Systeme
- Flexibilität und hohe Reisebereitschaft
- Überzeugendes und professionelles Auftreten beim Kunden
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
