Field Engineer | Working Student
Job Summary
Deploy and set up robots at customer sites
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Replace and repair components
Test sensors motors batteries and other hardware
Support robot commissioning and maintenance
Help diagnose software and connectivity issues
Document problems and service work
Work with our engineering team to solve technical issues
The role involves regular travel to customer site
You will take ownership of making sure our robots are working reliably in the field.
You will prepare for deployments identify and solve problems on site and make sure robots are ready to operate after installation or repair. You will also bring feedback from the field back to our engineering team.
Currently studying mechatronics robotics electrical engineering mechanical engineering or a similar field
Hands-on experience with technical systems
Basic understanding of electronics and mechanics
Good problem-solving skills
Comfortable using tools and working directly on hardware
Willingness to travel to customer sites
Ability to work independently
Good communication skills
Fluency in English and German
Hands-on experience with autonomous robots
Work directly with real robots at customer sites
Learn from an experienced robotics engineering team
Flexible working student position
