The opportunity
What youll do
- Coordinate planned and reactive maintenance requests through CRM and job management systems.
- Obtain quotations and engage contractors in line with Council procurement requirements.
- Conduct site inspections audits and review Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) to support safe work practices.
- Monitor maintenance works contractor performance and service quality outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and provide customer service and stakeholder support.
- Experience coordinating facilities or building maintenance in a similar environment.
- Relevant trade technical facilities management or construction-related qualification or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety risk management and SWMS processes.
- Experience managing contractors and using maintenance asset or procurement systems.
