Logistik/Lager

Eingehende Sendungen annehmen und auf Vollständigkeit und Beschädigungen prüfen etwaige Beschädigungen dokumentieren

• Einlagerung von Teilen und Erfassung in SAP

• Kommissionierung von Kunden- und Fertigungsaufträgen

• Warenversand Verpackung Erstellung der Lieferscheine und Versandunterlagen

• Be- und Entladen von Fahrzeugen Kontrolle und ggf. Dokumentation der Ladungssicherung

Zollabwicklung

• Vorbereitung von Zolldokumenten Aufbereitung der Zollanmeldung anhand von Materiallisten und Lieferdokumenten

• Pflege des Warentarifverzeichnis

Transportbeauftragter/Transport-Compliance

• Koordination der Transport-Compliance-Themen inkl. Erstellung des jährlichen Transportberichts sowie Teilnahme an regelmässigen Abstimmungsmeetings.

• Verwaltung der Speditions- und Versandportale sowie Koordination und Kommunikation von Änderungen im Transport- und Versandprozess.

Erstellung und Verwaltung von Versanddokumenten

• Erstellung von Word-basierten Lieferscheinen für Sendungen bei denen keine systemseitige Dokumentenerstellung möglich ist.

• Strukturierte Ablage und Verteilung der Versanddokumente.
