Your Tasks
Provide implementation leadership functional expertise and technical expertise for Exytes SuccessFactors implementation
Solicit analyze and document business requirements and translate business requirements into technical specifications
Integrate our SAP SuccessFactors implementation with ERP HR and non-HR technology platforms and processes
Provide a mix of technical business process and administrative data management support
Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors to keep up-to-date on new releases perform impact analysis and make recommendations based upon impact on HR technology functionality or business processes
Manage data across heterogeneous systems with a focus on data quality
Participate in communications and change management affecting HR technology platforms an impacted processes

Your Profile
Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Information Technology or an equal degree in recognized university
Several years of working experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and at least one other module
Experience with bi-directional SuccessFactors interfaces and SF standard connectors
Excellent oral and written English skills and good German skills
Flexibility communication and team working skills
Strong analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working
