Job Summary
Your mission
- Independently and proactively support the management team with operational and organizational tasks.
- Use your strong organizational skills to manage schedule and monitor the executive teams appointments and coordinate domestic and international business travel.
- Handle general administrative and secretarial duties such as processing incoming and outgoing mail and answering and forwarding telephone calls (including in English).
- Plan organize and prepare events and appointments on behalf of the management team.
Your profile
- Successfully completed commercial/business administration training or a comparable qualification.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in an assistant role.
- Strong organizational skills combined with a positive and communicative attitude.
- Structured and reliable way of working.
- High level of loyalty trustworthiness initiative and commitment.
- Professional demeanor and confident interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of standard Microsoft Office applications.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
