Event Project Management Intern (all genders)

• Support throughout the entire event management process of the ABOUT YOU Fashion Show - from initial concept development to on-site execution
• Gain exciting behind-the-scenes insights into a large-scale fashion and entertainment production
• Work in a dynamic and creative environment with a high level of ownership and a hands-on mindset
• Act as a key interface between various ABOUT YOU teams as well as external partners and service providers
• Support the preparation and follow-up of events e.g. scheduling run-of-show planning timings and operational processes
• Opportunity to build valuable connections within the fashion event and entertainment industry
• Depending on your focus you will either support the Guest Management team - including invitation processes guest list management branding productions travel and hotel coordination and communication with creators VIPs and agencies
• Or you will support the Partner Management team in planning and executing brand activations partner integrations and cross-functional production and project workflows in close collaboration with internal teams agencies and external service providers

Qualifications :

• A degree or ongoing studies in Business Administration Communications Event Management or a related field is a plus
• Ideally first practical experience in event project or production management
• Strong organizational skills as well as a structured and forward-thinking working style
• Resilience under pressure flexibility and a hands-on mindset
• Strong communication skills ability to work in a team and confident presence
• Enthusiasm for fashion events pop culture and creative productions
• High level of self-motivation curiosity and openness to innovative projects
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident use of MS Office and Google Workspace
• Willingness to actively support hands-on tasks during fast-paced production phases
