EU Supply Chain Compliance Coordinator (mfd)

Your primary activities are

• Coordinate collection validation and storage of supplier compliance documentation for appr. 190 EU Food Packaging Uniform Smallware Hygiene suppliers
• Maintain PPWR compliance trackers dashboards and reporting activities.
• Administer Sedex supplier data audit records corrective actions and compliance status.
• Update status on EUDR EU Deforestation Regulation and keep updated with changing/new items
• Monitor supplier certifications declarations and regulatory documentation (D365 Reporting Maintenance) alongside regular alignment with individual local Supply Chain and Legal teams.
• Support compliance reviews internal controls and audit evidence collection.
• Prepare compliance reports KPI dashboards meeting minutes and governance updates.
• Coordinate internally audit follow ups
• Manage SharePoint repositories and document retention processes.
• Follow up internal stakeholders and suppliers on outstanding actions and documentation (Sedex PPWR EU Deforestation EU Supplier Act)
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to supplier governance compliance and contract management.

Experiences

• 5 years experiences in Procurement Supply Chain Compliance Quality Assurance or Contract Administration; preferred background food industry or similar high speed agile customer centric environment
• Track record in multinational environment
• Experiences in fast-paced and often ambiguous environment
• Engagement with cross functional stakeholders
• As a plus ideally experiences with PPWR SEDEX standardized contract and reporting tools

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel SharePoint and Microsoft 365 applications
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams deadlines
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
