Were looking for an Electronics & Mechatronic Assembly Technician to build and integrate the physical systems at the core of our platforms from cable harnesses and connector terminations to full mechatronic assemblies. Youll work at the intersection of electronics and mechanical integration turning schematics and technical drawings into hardware that flies.

• You build wiring harnesses solder and crimp connections and terminate connectors to exacting quality standards

• You read and work from wiring diagrams schematics and technical drawings to guide assembly and troubleshooting

• You perform mechanical assembly fastening fitting torque-controlled tool use as part of full system integration

• You test and validate your work using multimeters and other test/measurement equipment

• You follow detailed work instructions and maintain the quality and traceability standards our mission demands

• You troubleshoot and fault-find using schematics when something doesnt check out

• You work as part of a team where reliability and precision arent optional but theyre the standard

• Completed vocational training/apprenticeship asElektroniker Mechatroniker or equivalent qualification (or comparable practical experience)

• Solid understanding of electrical/electronic assembly: wiring soldering crimping cable harness work connector termination

• Ability to read wiring diagrams schematics and technical drawings

• Basic mechanical assembly skills (fastening fitting use of hand and power tools torque control)

• Experience using multimeters and basic test/measurement equipment

• Comfortable working to detailed work instructions and quality/traceability requirements

• Team player reliable quality- and safety-conscious

• Troubleshooting skills using schematics for fault-finding

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience in aerospace automotive defense or electronics manufacturing

• Experience with bothelectronics assembly and mechanical/mechatronic integration(not just one discipline)

• Familiarity with PCB-level work connector systems

• Exposure to ground support equipment power electronics or control/communication systems

• Experience working in a series/high-rate production environment

• Soldering experience/certification

• Build technology with real operational impact: Develop autonomous defence systems designed to protect lives and strengthen Europes security

• Shape scalable defence capabilities: Work on solutions built for mass deployment cost efficiency resilience and reliable production at scale

• Contribute to networked air defence: Help integrate our systems into multi-layered defence architectures alongside sensors command systems and effectors
