EIC Research AnalystJob Description Summary
The Research Analyst is responsible for research data & analytics and reporting activities across the German market. This role is designed to support the organic growth of the German businesses by thought leadership and insight outputs to help generate leads and opportunities in the business.The role will directly report to and work closely with the Research Team Lead Germany to ensure consistency of client experience processes and operational excellence across the EMEA region. The role will also cooperate with colleagues from local business services departments as well as other central functions mainly Marketing and Data & Analytics teams.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure real estate data collection and update of existing databases (office industrial retail residential hotel investment etc.) to deliver regular market and economic updates with specific focus areas determined by team structure location and other relevant factors.
Cooperate with other business services teams to gather analyse and utilize local and regional market insights including competitive client and industry data to produce market thought leadership.
Support business development activities including presenting market updates to clients.
Undertake independent market analyses for ad-hoc reports for clients as defined by the business.
Support marketing and communication activities in line with the company content strategy defined by the Head of Business Development Services Germany.
Contribute to C&W brand visibility through active participation in public events and social media.
Cooperate with C&W research teams in other countries and the wider EMEA team.
Knowledge & Experience:
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection statistical analysis and market research
Ability to interpret data identify trends and assess market dynamics with accuracy
Excellent communication skills for translating complex data into clear reports presentations and visualizations
Creative problem-solving and effective collaboration in dynamic deadline-driven environments
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint OneDrive SharePoint); familiarity with Power BI Power Query and GIS tools (ArcGIS QGIS)
Experience in professional services or real estate sector aligned with role seniority
Degree in Economics Geography Real Estate or related field preferred
