We are looking for a passionate Bike Mechanic to join their largest refurbishment center located in Stuttgart where e-bikes are brought back to life with care precision and top-tier tools. Whether youre an experienced bike mechanic or a rising talent with a strong technical mindset this role offers real growth potential and hands-on experience with a wide range of e-bikesfrom city models to cargo and mountain bikes. As a Bike Mechanic youll be responsible for the complete repair and refurbishment of e-bikes ensuring each one meets the highest quality standards before being delivered to customers. Youll work with a dedicated and skilled team in a fully equipped workshop using state-of-the-art tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Independently perform inspection troubleshooting spare parts selection repair and quality control on a wide variety of e-bikes. Prepare e-bikes for customer delivery and maintain the in-house fleet. Contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes and service quality. Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimize efficiency and workflow.

• 12 years of experience in bike or e-bike mechanics (2 years for Senior
• Mechanic). Solid knowledge of electric bikes their components and diagnostic tools. Passion for quality efficiency and hands-on technical problem-solving. Comfort working independently and as part of a close-knit team. Fluency in English is mandatory (C1) German is a plus
