E-bike Mechanic

We are looking for a passionate Bike Mechanic to join their largest refurbishment center located in Stuttgart where e-bikes are brought back to life with care precision and top-tier tools. As a Bike Mechanic youll be responsible for the complete repair and refurbishment of e-bikes ensuring each one meets the highest quality standards before being delivered to customers. Youll work with a dedicated and skilled team in a fully equipped workshop using state-of-the-art tools and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Independently perform inspection troubleshooting spare parts selection repair and quality control on a wide variety of e-bikes
• Prepare e-bikes for customer delivery and maintain the in-house fleet
• Contribute to continuous improvement in repair processes and service quality
• Support warehouse operations with ideas to optimize efficiency and workflow

Qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in bike or e-bike mechanics (2 years for Senior Mechanic)
• Solid knowledge of electric bikes their components and diagnostic tools
• Passion for quality efficiency and hands-on technical problem-solving
• Comfort working independently and as part of a close-knit team
• Fluency in English is mandatory (C1) German is a plus
