Drone Technician (mfd)

Were looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drone Technician (f/m/d) to help us build the next generation of autonomous aerial systems. Working closely with our engineering and production teams you will assemble integrate test and validate drone platforms that are ready for demanding operational environments

• Oversee and execute the hands-on manufacturing assembly and testing of UAVs and their subsystems

• Plan and coordinate production activities to meet project deadlines and technical requirements

• Support flight testing to validate performance reliability and system integration

• Develop and implement methods to improve manufacturing efficiency quality and traceability

• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate designs into functional prototypes and production-ready/test-ready UAVs

• Define and enhance the R&D lab setup to ensure a safe efficient and highly flexible environment for UAV development

• Maintain lab organization equipment readiness and adherence to safety standards

• Completed apprenticeship or craftsman training in a relevant field with 1 years of relevant work experience

• Experience in soldering spot welding 3D printing.

• Working knowledge of UAV-specific electronics avionics and related components

• Highly self-organized with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality with solid multitasking and self-organization abilities

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

• Fluency in English is required (German is a plus)
