Drilling & Well QAQC Supervisor (mfd)
Job Summary
To strengthen our team at our Karlsruhe office location we are looking for a fulltime (40 hours/week) permanent Drilling & Well QAQC Supervisor (m/f/d).
- Coordinate QAQC activities closely with the QAQC Lead and provide clear timely feedback across rig drilling completion and intervention operations
- Demonstrate visible leadership in quality management and foster a strong QAQC culture among all service providers
- Ensure Service Quality Plans (SQPs) are implemented in line with contractual requirements
- Plan and coordinate service inspections at contractor sites based on SQPs in alignment with the contractor
- Ensure all equipment is properly prepared and supported by valid certifications and records
- Establish a D&W QAQC release process before rig mobilization to confirm equipment readiness including a final release note
- Maintain and update the inspection reporting system with inspection reports release notes and relevant technical or proprietary information
- Issue non-conformance and technical incident reports for products or services when required
- Support and provide expertise in investigations of service or equipment failures
- At least 10 years of QAQC experience in drilling activities
- Adequate knowledge of general drilling and completions including welltesting and interventions equipment
- Good knowledge of rig operations
- Lead Auditor certification in ISO9001/APIQ1
- Practitioner certification for APIQ2
- Sound knowledge of DS1 NS2 and API standards relevant to contractor equipment
- Fluent in English other languages are a plus
- Strong analytical skills organizational ability and communication skills
- Valid authorization to work in Germany
- Willingness to travel (EU UK Norway)
